Biggar Django Jazz Festival
20th & 21st June
We taught a swing dance workshop at the Kirk-Gillespie Centre as part of the Biggar Django Jazz Festival on Saturday 20th June.
The following day we helped host a social dance with live music from the wonderful Chardon Bleu.
Tap Dance
7th May – 18th June
Tap classes were back! We'd been so busy with Lindy Hop classes that we hadn't been able to offer any tap classes as well. We did a six–week block teaching some cool routines — the Tap Shim Sham, a Soft Shoe Routine, some of the One Man Dance and some of the B.S. Chorus.
Party at the Palace 20th-22nd February
We were teaching once again at Party at the Palace in the lovely Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry. We taught the Big Apple, a performance Charleston routine and some Lindy Hop.
